VIRTUAL ASSEMBLY

Every day morning, Virtual assembly was organized for students. Yoga was mandatory in morning assembly.  Students were sensitized about the benefits of Yoga and Physical exercise. It is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment of our students.

‘DON’T QUIT, GET FIT’

To maintain Mental and physical health one must drink lots of water.  Our body requires water to function and drinking more water can alleviate aches and pains, improves energy levels and flush out toxins. We should eat for the nourishment of our body and mind.  We should embrace a good work -life balance.  We should make time for exercise.  We should take time to relax.  We should take advantage of health benefit for prevention.

QUIZ ON ‘IMPORTANCE OF YOGA’

Online Quiz was conducted for Grade 6 to 12 students. It kindled students’ interest to learn more about Yoga and it’s benefits in their day to day lives. Fleet of E- certificates have sailed to the winners as well as all the participants of quiz competition. Pearls earned the credits to snvc by their stunning performance in quiz.

POSTER MAKING ACTIVITY

“Creativity is intelligence having fun.”  Poster Making competition which like a rooster crowed and awakened the talents of our students. Students presented their creativity through Poster Making for Fit India 2020.

FAMILY YOGA ACTIVITY

“Yoga rejuvenates the juvenile minds and physique”.  To prove this the dazzling daffodils of SNVC did their amazing performance in Yoga along with their family. Yoga eradicates the Roga (diseases) which is made ocular by the students of SNVC. It was such a splendid performance indeed by our students in yoga.

EACH ONE CATCH ONE CHAIN

Yoga challenges are meant to push our limits, physically, mentally and spiritually. Teachers challenged among themselves to strengthen and stretch their body in a holistic way, helping them feel lighter, stronger and more at ease.
